SPGW is a high performance, double acting compact piston seal, to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

 

 

The SPGW seal is specially designed for heavy hydraulic equipment and includes a ptfe mixture outer ring, a rubber inner ring and two POM backup rings. The rubber elastic ring provides stable radial elasticity to compensate wear. The use of Rectangular rings of different materials can make the SPGWptfe type adapt to a wide range of working conditions. It has many advantages, such as wear resistance, impact resistance, high pressure resistance, easy installation and so on.

 

 

SPGW seal specially suitable for bi-directional sealing of piston under high pressure, which improves the oil scraping capacity of SPG.
