KDAS SEAL INTRODUCTION
1. KDAS combined sealing ring is a two-way piston sealing ring. This combined sealing ring is composed of an elastic rubber ring, two additional retaining rings and two wear-resistant rings. This design provides a compact solution that combines sealing and guiding, and is suitable for a combined sealing ring installed in a closed groove. The combined sealing ring includes an elastic toothed sealing ring, two retaining rings and two wear- resistant rings. In the middle, there is a sealing element that really plays a role of sealing; and a retaining ring and a wear ring are placed on each side. The retaining ring prevents the sealing ring from being squeezed out into the gap; the middle sealing ring is a toothed sealing ring, which can play a good sealing role when it is still and in motion. The function of the wear ring is to guide the piston in the cylinder and bear the radial force.
2. Application range of KDAS combination oil seal:
KDAS combined sealing rings are often used as sealing elements in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders and pistons, such as light bulldozers, injection molding machines, blow molding machines, cranes, forklifts, hydraulic gates and agricultural machinery.
